
One person arrested, two others on the run following a robbery in Simcoe.
On Sunday night, three individuals arrived at the Norfolk Street South address and engaged in a dispute with an individual inside a residence leading to the victim being assaulted with an edged weapon resulting in serious injuries.
The three men then left the property, bringing with them stolen property.
Later that night, police arrested one of the suspects.
34-year-old Lucas Sparham of Norfolk County was charged with:
- Robbery with weapon,
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 – in Canada.
The descriptions of the two remaining suspects were as follows:
Suspect #1
- Caucasian male
- Wearing a black baseball hat, a grey sweatshirt, and black sweatpants
Suspect #2
- Caucasian male
- Wearing dark-coloured pajama-style pants, a light blue and purple hooded sweater and black Nike sandals
