A fire at a motel in Delhi.
Fire crews were sent out to a Talbot Road address in the early morning hours of Tuesday and discovered smoke and flames from a bathroom window in one of the units.
Firefighters quickly gained control of the fire, containing damage to the unit of origin.
Unfortunately, one cat perished in the fire, and another is unaccounted for.
Damage to the structure and contents is estimated at $40,000.
