Yesterday, a bull was put down in Waterford after it escaped from a farm.
Townsend Butchers posted online that they were called in for assistance from the OPP.
They continued saying two people were injured after trying to wrangle the bull and the decision was made to put down the animal.
Constable Andrew Gamble confirmed that the animal was put down by an officer due to public safety concerns and that it had injured two members of the public.
He also noted that one individual was transported to an area hospital with moderate injuries due to this incident.
