A Norfolk County man charged after being caught red handed throwing debris on the road.
Police got the call on Monday about the incident taking place on Colborne Street South in Simcoe which was posing a hazard to motorist nearby.
Additionally, police discovered the individual had caused damage to property at nearby businesses.
The 22-year-old was charged with three counts of mischief and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
