The Dover Show takes place this weekend.
It will be held at the Port Dover Community Centre, and we spoke to organizer Adam Veri about the upcoming show.
The line up will feature Illusionist Lucas Wilson; singer/songwriter Jessica Rayner; pop music group the Shrubberies; and cabaret troupe the Fishnettes. Although, these are some of Port Dover’s most talented entertainers, there are always acts performing for the very first time.
Veri explained that proceeds from the variety showcase will go to the Port Dover Board of Trade for beautification projects around the town.
Veri went on to note that Port Dover is incredibly supportive of events like this and their fellow neighbours.
The Dover Show will take place Saturday, March 9th at the Port Dover Community Centre. The variety show portion begins at 7:30pm and the concert begins at 10:00pm. Tickets are $30, and grant admission to both the variety show and concert. A cash bar will be open. Tickets are available at the Dover Cheese Shop and Port Dover Jewellery and Gifts.
