A 51-year-old Dunnville man is facing assault charges after a serious incident took place in early January.
Police say two people got into an argument at a property on Edgewater Way in Dunnville, when one person eventually grabbed an edged weapon and assaulted the other.
The other individual was transported to a trauma hospital by Air Ornge to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result, Keith Smith, 51-years-old from Dunnville has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Aggravated Assault
- Uttering Threats – Cause Death or Bodily Harm
