The North Shore Highlanders have a unique opportunity for kids in Haldimand-Norfolk.

Practices set for Tuesday nights at the Port Dover Legion but youth from across Haldimand-Norfolk are welcome.
McFadden says parents don’t have to worry. They won’t have to rush out and buy a bagpipe.
Pipe Sergeant Murray McKnight says kids have to be a certain age due to the size of the instruments.
