A chance meeting in university turned a city girl into a rural world influencer.
Joti Wall grew up in Toronto and was studying at university when she took on a summer program that would have her working at a farm for two months before sending her away to Guatemala.
At this farm, she connected with her boss, which turned into a relationship, and eventually, into a marriage.
He was a farmer through and through, so she knew she needed to take the leap into the rural world.
Wall ran a non-profit but decided to focus on staying at home with her kids more, which transitioned into a big social media following.
She has amassed thousands of followers on Instagram, securing deals with big brands along the way, simply showcasing what rural life is like.
One of the significant recent developments was Wall representing Norfolk County at a convention in Toronto, after being contacted by Metro.
