This year’s Random Act of Kindness from Causyn Cooling and Heating was a little bit different than years past.
Shaking things up a bit, the team decided to support Haldimand and Norfolk Women’s Services with a financial donation instead of equipment.
So, from October 10th until November 10th, Causyn’s pledged $50 from every installation to the shelter, raising more than $1300 in the process.
Owner Craig Mellors says they felt the shelter deserved the support, especially during the holiday season.
Haldimand and Norfolk Women’s Services offers 24-hour crisis intervention, counselling, advocacy, support and residential services.
