If you are a fan of stand up comedy, then you likely know the famous Canadian Jeremy Hotz.
He has performed the world over, featured heavily on Canadian television for years, and he is making a pit stop at the Sanderson Centre this Saturday.
We had a chance to speak with Hotz about the performance, saying whether you are sitting front row and in the back, he tries to make every show an up close and personal affair.
We chatted to Hotz about his set, his inspirations, and how much planning is involved.
He admits he doesn’t watch any modern stand up comics, but growing him he had his favourites.
He understands a lot of comics talk about topical issues of the day.
For him, he wants his material to be a bit more timeless.
We asked what people can expect at a Jeremy Hotz show.
We touched on the last point about making it up as he goes along.
