The list of ailments you can go straight to the pharmacist for just got a little longer in Ontario.
Health Minister Sylvia Jones announced yesterday that pharmacists can now diagnose and treat six more common conditions, bringing the total number to 19.
The new additions include acne, yeast infections and parasitic worms.
Pharmacists could already prescribe for conditions such as hay fever, urinary tract infections and dermatitis.
