Two fires in Norfolk County over three days.
The first happened Friday evening at a Concession 10 Townsend address.
Crews rolled in to find heavy fire and smoke at the location with the attached garage and house suffering significant damage.
Then in the early morning hours on Sunday, firefighters were called upon again but this time to a Dawson Court address in Simcoe.
Upon arrival firefighters discovered heavy fire and high heat conditions coming from the addition to the house that was being constructed.
The under construction addition was a total loss while the house suffered fire and smoke damage.
The first fire caused around $525K in damage while the second fire caused around $500K in damage.
No injuries were reported in either incident.
