The competition is gearing up.
The Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show has announced the competitions for this year’s event.
Angela Hogeveen, General Manager at the fair, stopped by the studio to tell us about the different categories this year.
She also explained some of the prizes you can win.
Along with those prizes, it also comes with bragging rights and the exciting of seeing your work on display for the whole county to see.
For high school students, entries are tallied up to go towards the points used to determine the winner of the Young Canada Day events.
There are rules that need to be followed for entries.
You need to be registered to enter by September 23, and entries can be dropped off the Monday before the fair to be judged.
There is more information on the NCF website at norfolkcountyfair.com which is also where you can register.
