Norfolk County is seeking input from residents and businesses for its 2023-2027 Economic Development Strategy.
The strategy aims to build on Norfolk County’s strong foundations and ensure long-term prosperity.
The plan will be developed in two phases, with the first phase focusing on gathering input on current economic priorities.
Residents and businesses are encouraged to provide feedback on strengths, challenges, and growth opportunities through an online survey available at EngageNorfolk.ca until July 30.
Consultant firm KPMG will consolidate survey results with stakeholder input and background work to shape the initial phase of the plan.
The second phase involves developing the Strategy to allocate resources and activities in line with community input.
The finalized strategy will be presented to the Council for approval, including any budget considerations and key performance indicators.
EngageNorfolk.ca is the platform for residents and businesses to share their thoughts and contribute to Norfolk County’s economic development goals until July 30.
