A 30-year-old Brantford man is under arrest after allegedly threatening another man with a gun.
The incident occurred on Saturday at a little past 5 p.m. in the area of Stanley Street and Darling Street.
Police closed down the street looking for the man, for public safety, but when he was arrested the weapon was not located.
Further investigation revealed the accused was in violation of a valid Judicial Order.
He was charged with:
Assault with a weapon
Carry concealed weapon
Failure to comply with Judicial Order
