A massive strike by tens of thousands of members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada could happen as soon as next week.
More than 120-thousand federal workers with Canada’s Treasury Board have voted to strike, just days after tens of thousands of fellow P-S-A-C members working for the Canada Revenue Agency voted to strike.
In a release, the union confirms the latest strike mandate comes from members in bargaining groups including Program and Administrative Services, Operational Services and Education and Library Science.
P-S-A-C’s Ontario chapter represents more than 30-thousand members.
