The Norfolk Family Health Team is on the move.
They have announced they will be leaving the Delhi Community Health Centre and moving to 185 Robinson Street in Simcoe.
In a press release from the team, they say the new space is spacious, fully accessible, and will better accommodate the growth they have been experiencing.
They are enhancing services for more marginalized and vulnerable members of Norfolk County, including those without a family doctor or access to health care services.
A newly dedicated space for Norfolkâs International Agricultural Workers has been added to their services.
The Norfolk Family Heath Team is a government funded program entity, to provide locally sustained rural health care.
An official date for the move has not yet been announced, but it is expected to take place in 2024.
