Norfolk County staff want to help speed up the process.
The Building Department is hosting a permit night in Simcoe to fast-track permits and help residents beat the summer rush.
From 4:30 to 7 p.m. this Tuesday, staff will be at the Robinson Administration Building to review completed applications and ensure compliance with zoning and building code requirements.
If your application passes the review, the permit will be issued that night.
No registration is required, just drop in during the hours with a completed application.
