Development Proposals are in the cards for Norfolk County Council.
On Wednesday, our elected officials will meet to chat about new housing in Simcoe and Waterford.
In Simcoe, 6 semi-detached units are suggested for the vacant land in front of the golf course on Argyle Street.
In Waterford, a new subdivision is being proposed that would see 23 single detached homes, 15 1 story bungalow townhouses and 30 2 storey townhouses.
