Big repairs are being planned at the Delhi Kinsmen Pool, but that does mean it will be closed this summer.
$1.5 Million has already been set aside for the Delhi Kinsmen Pool Building Renovations & Pool Shell Replacement.
Funding for these projects are to be provided by the General Building Reserve ($1,097,000) and Ontario Trillium Foundation Grant Funding ($500,000).
6 companies bid on the project, with the lowest coming under that total at $1.3 Million rounded up, including HST.
Work is expected to commence in March going into the Fall or Winter.
