A meeting is behind held next week from developers looking to place hundreds of homes in Delhi where the golf course currently sits.
Geranium has applied for permits to redevelop the Delhi Golf and County Club and nearby land that would see 240 single detached homes, 166 semi-detached homes, 108 condominium townhomes, and a block for retirement housing put in it’s place.
The redevelopment is said to preserve the existing wetland and they are looking into a block for community use.
The meeting takes place next Thursday at the Delhi German Home with check in at 5, a presentation at 5:30, and open discussion at 6 p.m.
