For over 40 years, Rose Bartlett has been a staple in the Port Dover community.
She was nominated as a Rockstar Employee for her role at the Erie Beach Restaurant, a familiar face that people look forward to seeing.
Rose did not want to speak about being a Rockstar Employee, but gave her boss Andrew Schneider to go ahead to chat about her – starting with her history with the Schneider businesses in the lakeside town.
He said she is an all around Rockstar – from both the customer standpoint and from an employer point of view.
Schneider said the customer connection is something special – especially when it comes from a family owned business dedicated to local.
Rose also asked for her photo not to be used in this story, but many regulars at the restaurant will clearly picture her face throughout this story.
