A call to 911 about a suspicious person leads to two arrests.
The call was to a Concession 13, Townsend address – but the two suspects were located at the rear of an address on Highway 24 North.
The suspects immediately fled on foot but were eventually caught.
39-year-old Lorne David Grant of no-fixed address was charged with:
- Trespassing at night,
- Possession break in instruments,
- Possession property obtained by crime under $5,000, and
- Failure to comply with release order.
52-year-old John David Eubank of Brant County was charged with:
- Possession of methamphetamine,
- Trespassing at night,
- Possession break in instruments, and
- Possession property obtained by crime under $5,000.
