The man and woman charged in the death of an O-P-P officer responding to a call about a vehicle stuck in a ditch near Hagersville last month made a brief appearance in court today.
Twenty-five-year-old Randall McKenzie and 30-year-old Brandi Crystal Lyn Stewart-Sperry appeared before a judge in Cayuga via video feed from correctional facilities where they are being held after their arrest.
Both are charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Constable Greg Pierzchala.
Their next court date is set for February 21st.
