Young creatives are invited to a free six-week art program.
Art With Heart Studio in Simcoe is hosting three programs focused on inclusive collaboration.
The program treats inclusivity as more than passive acceptance of others, instead focusing on taking specific actions to welcome and uplift other people in the group.
The space is welcoming for all youths, and already has participants who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, and neurodivergent individuals.
Participants will develop their self-expression, empathy, and collaboration abilities, while learning skills like song writing, poetry, and more.
To register for one of the programs, visit artwithheartstudio.ca.
Artwork from all three sessions will be featured at a special Pride Month art exhibition from June 25 – 30.
