With the colder months here, Grand Erie District School Board wants families to know what to do during inclement weather.
The Student Transportation Services makes the call to cancel transportation when they believe road conditions will not allow for safe travels in the morning or afternoon commute.
Either all of Grand Erie will be closed, or they will base closures on zones. Zone One is Norfolk County.
The decision to cancel transportation will be made by 6:30 a.m. and posted to the Grand Erie website at granderie.ca. If transportation is cancelled, those schools will be closed.
