A resident on Freeman Crescent in Simcoe interrupted a break and enter.
On Friday evening, a homeowner confronted a man in their garage removing property.
This man fled, police were called, and officers responding to the area located him shortly after and took him into custody.
38-year-old Kyle James Robert Coombs from Norfolk has been charged with break and enter and failing to comply with probation order.
