Owner and operator, Trish Butler, said switching to gluten free is the best business decision she’s ever made.
She said the demand is high for her products.
She said owning a small business is stressful, yet rewarding, and you need to have the drive to make it work.
The baker added that shopping downtown is vital for the community.
In November, Trish’s Bakery will be part of the Port Dover Christmas Fest.
Then, they fully switch to Christmas mode.
As the door was busy buzzing in the background as customers came into the store, Butler thanked her customers for supporting her through the adventure.
