The Ward 5 debates took place Thursday night at the Royal Canadian Legion in Simcoe.
5 candidates hit the stage to convince voters why they should be elected to represent people in the Simcoe area.
Two new councillors should be elected, with current councillor Ian Rabbitts seeking the Mayor seat and Ryan Taylor officially asking people not to vote for him on October 24th.
