That’s why Tulpin is running for Ward 2 in the upcoming municipal election.
The Norfolk County native moved to the GTA for college, worked there for about 20 years, before getting the itch to return home.
One of the most important things for the candidate is that people are empowered to make decisions about their life and their business.
He also feels taxing in the county is an important topic.
Tulpin believes his work experience will help with that moving forward.
He added that his past employment also taught him how to problem solve without spending more money.
