A 39-year-old from Hamilton is facing charges after allegedly smashing in windows at a high school.
The incident took place over the long weekend in Dunnville.
The police located the suspect at a hospital nearby where they were being treated for minor injuries.

A boat and trailer stolen in Port Dover.
Sometime over the long weekend someone attended a property on Hamilton Plank Road and took the large items.
The boat is described as a 2022, black coloured Legend F19, 20-foot power boat with a 115 hp Mercury motor and was covered by a pale green tarp.
The trailer was described as black in colour.
The theft is valued at approximately $68,000.
A drug bust in Simcoe.
The Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant at West Street and Nelson Street addresses in Simcoe recently and discovered illicit drugs, weapons, and currency.
Five people were taken into custody without incident with three Norfolk County residents now facing charges.
Charged with the possession of cocaine is 43-year-old Melissa Marsha Martin.
48-year-old Patrick Joseph Alphonse St Louis was charged with:
· Possession of Cocaine,
· Possession of Percocet,
· Possession of Hydrocodone,
· Unauthorized possession of weapon, and
· Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order.
66-year-old Charles Andrew Held is charged with:
- Possession of methylphenidate (Ritalin),
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine,
- Possession of Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), and
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
