A Mississauga man was arrested for allegedly stealing several guns from Eli’s Guns and Archery.
The incident occurred on April 3rd, when a man forced their way into the shop and stole the guns.
Owner Dan Nagy told us at the time that he was confident out local police would apprehend the suspect – and they did.
The Haldimand/Norfolk Community Street Crime Unit continued to investigate this incident and on June Monday, officers with the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Team arrested the 30-year-old.
He was transported to the Norfolk OPP detachment and is facing weapons and theft related charges.
Ty William Miller has been charged with the following:
- Break and enter to steal firearm,
- Possession of weapon obtained by commission of offence,
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm, and
- Possession contrary to order
