When someone steals a symbol like a Pride flag – it’s more than just taking someone else’s property.
That was Vic Whitcroft, a Norwich resident who had a Pride Flag stolen off his porch – one of many pride flag thefts in the community.
The OPP released a video with him speaking on the matter asking for some understanding.
Two people in Norwich has been charged with stealing Pride Flags so far this month.
