It’s time for a change in Haldimand-Norfolk.
That’s how Sarah Lowe feels, and she says that now is the time for the New Democrats to move in to Haldimand-Norfolk.
Lowe has been aligned with the NDP most of her life, her parents were new Democrats – working on campaigns and attending peace rallies- and the apple didn’t fall far from the tree.
After completing University, her path lead right to the heart of Ontario’s NDP.
She says this role really opens your eyes to what is needed in a community.
Looking back at the years in Haldimand-Norfolk, Lowe says despite people’s love for the man – the counties need more than Toby Barrett fighting for them – they need the right party.
She says the NDP is the right party for the area, and that the years have shown that be “blue” isn’t the right direction.
When it comes to issues the area, affordability is top of mind.
She is also concerned about the environment and the lack of resources.
