Hard drugs taken off the street thanks to the Haldimand/Norfolk Community Street Crime Unit.
The unit was on patrol around Norfolk Street North when four people caught their attention, and they stopped to investigate.
42-year-old Edward Anthony Joseph Seery of Norwich Township and 52-year-old Treena M. Carter of Haldimand County were charged with:
Possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl,
Trafficking methadone, and
Possession property obtained by crime under $5,000
Both are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Simcoe.
