A proposed subdivision in Waterford is a cause for concern among residents.
At the Public Hearing Committee meeting this week, Norfolk County Council heard about a proposed development of 51 residential lots including 26 semi-detached units and 25 street townhouse units.
That was Kim Huffman.
The Councillor brought up those concerns from the public during the meeting. The list of grievances included wildlife, and school board capacity in the area.
Huffman also raised issue with a traffic study which took place on Tuesday, August 24, 2021.
Water was also a large topic of discussion.
The land in question is near the intersection of Nichol Street and McCool Street, and would include expanding Temperance Street West.
