Local filmmakers wanted.
The second annual Watch Local Week is set for April 18 to 24.
Norfolk & Haldimand County Public Libraries and partners Windecker Road Films, Rainey Media, and Riverside Communications have partnered to bring the free event for local TV and film.
The first event held last year consisted of virtual screenings where filmmakers and producers of Haldimand and Norfolk Counties were able to show off their talent.
This year, in-person and virtual screenings will be available.
Other events, including a question and answer session with some of the participating directors and producers, are also planned.
Applications are due by April 4.
Those interested in having their films screened can email library@haldimandcounty.on.ca and they will respond with the submission document.
