A 25-year-old Norfolk County resident is facing charges after luring a minor over the internet for sexual purposes.
Police say they responded to a call on March 19 after parents discovered inappropriate messages being sent to their child.
Thomas Hoye has been charged with luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
