
A 12-year-old Norfolk resident is facing weapon and threat charges.
Police say they responded to a weapons complaint in Delhi on March 18 at around 2 p.m.
They say a group of kids were in the Lions Park and approached by another youth who was brandishing an edged weapon.
As a result, the 12-year-old child was charged with possession of weapons for dangerous purpose, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Police were called on Friday to removed an unwanted individual from a restaurant in Simcoe.
Officers were called to the Norfolk Street South business at around 4:40 p.m.
When they arrived they located 57-year-old Robert Mickey Rothchilds nearby and took him into custody.
The Norfolk County resident was charged with obstruct peace officer and being intoxicated in a public place.
A Domestic Disturbance call leads to both individuals facing charges.
Police were called out to a residence in Hagersville on Friday morning and ended up charging a 33-year-old from Hagersville with Assault (Spousal), and Mischief.
Also charged with Mischief is a 32-year-old from Hagersville.
The accused individuals are to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
