Norfolk County seniors are benefitting from a local golf tournament.
Cedar Crossing and Harvest Crossing hosted a golf tournament last year with the funds being distributed to local seniors centres.
A cheque was presented at the Simcoe Seniors Centre on Tuesday.
That was Rob Clouston, president of the centre.
Patrine Frey, general manager of Harvest Crossing, and Cody Lyons, Community Relations Coordintor at Cedar Crossing, spoke about last year’s tournament.
There are plans for this year as well.
The Tillsonburg Seniors Centre, Ingersoll Centre for Seniors, and Simcoe Seniors Centre were the recipients from last year’s event. This year the Delhi Friendship Centre will also be added to the list.
