Murder charges have been laid in the relation to an incident in Selkirk.
On February 3rd, police were called out to Smelsers Cove Lane and found 54-year-old Paul Pender of Grimsby seriously injured and later pronounced deceased at the scene.
31-year-old Bradley House of Hamilton has been charged with Second Degree Murder.
The incident is still under investigation.
