
Three people face a variety of charges after they were spotted in a stolen vehicle by Brantford Police.
Just after 4 p.m. Jan. 20, a vehicle reported stolen in another jurisdiction was seen northbound on Pearl Street. Police followed it to a Palace Street address where they arrested two men and a women. A search of the vehicle uncovered close to 60 grams of suspected fentanyl.
Charged are Judson Cybalski, 42, of Hamilton; Dale Randall Beaton, 50, of no fixed address; and Blaire Elizabeth Holtham, 23, of Hamilton.
As a result of the investigation, Judson CYBALSKI, 42, of Hamilton (no fixed address), is charged with:
Possession of stolen goods of $5,000
Occupant of motor vehicle or vessel without consent
Possession – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Dale Randall BEATON, 50, of no fixed address:
Possession of stolen goods of $5,000
Occupant of motor vehicle or vessel without consent
Possession – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Blaire Elizabeth HOLTHAM, 23, of Hamilton:
Possession of stolen goods of $5,000
Occupant of motor vehicle or vessel without consent
Breach of Probation
Possession – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
