All museums, arenas, community halls, county run senior centres, and the pool are closed.
They are Pausing ServiceNorfolk pop-up services in Delhi and Port Rowan but will continue operations in Simcoe.
Additional drop-box locations throughout the County are available for payments, and documents at all our local libraries through book return boxes, the county administration buildings in Simcoe and Delhi, as well as the Langton Community Centre.
There is good news for book lovers, though.
All Norfolk County Libraries will continue to serve the public at 50 per cent capacity.
They ask that if there is a book you are after, you call ahead or check online.
The public will continue to have access to computers, photocopiers or similar services.
However, meeting room bookings for January will be postponed other than those essential to government, health or social services.
In-house programming for January will be moved to an online format.
