Sato Saved End of the Line Dog Rescue helped rescue over 47 dogs in Brant County.
The service was called in at the request of police after the owner of the animals needed to be rushed to the hospital.
Emergency crews saw all the animals while taking the resident to the hospital where they passed away.
Two cats and a turtle was also rescued.
The group is fundraising to help cover the cost of rescuing this many animals at once.
