Three armed men entered a Delhi home on Monday night.
Someone in the King Street home was assaulted before fleeing to a neighbour’s home to call police.
The three men, all described as black and armed with handguns, escaped to a silver or grey coloured van that left the area in an unknown direction.
Police say there is no threat to public safety, but they are directing people to their website, OPP.ca, to find tips on what to do when any stranger arrives at your home.
Investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone in the area with security surveillance footage to contact the police at 1-888-310-1122. The events happened around 10:35 p.m.
