Owner Nick Wyman is well seasoned when it comes to this food, living in Tampa and then Georgia for many years before coming to the area.
Once back, he has helped lead other restaurants to success, but deep down wanted a place to call his own offering up his favourite food.
He said an opportunity came his way and he jumped at the chance.
When it comes to what people can expect, he wants people to taste the delicious food he use to have in the states.
To ensure that authentic taste, he is working with fellow cooks.
The grand opening date is targetted for October 2nd.
