Port Dover is welcoming a special visitor today.
Theodore Too, the famous tugboat, has officially arrived in Port Dover.
Mayor Kristal Chopp provided more information on the big arrival, saying he will be stationed outside of the Port Dover Harbour Museum and the tug boat will be ready for visitors on Tuesday.
She also spoke about the Norfolk Public Library – Port Dover Branch hosting an outdoor storytime at 1 p.m.
There was concern online regarding Theodore’s arrival, with many expecting a delay due to the big storm.
