Like most businesses, The Shire in Simcoe had to deal with things as they happened throughout the pandemic.

When the provincial protocols only allowed outdoor dining, that time was used to make some changes.
Other changes are slowly being made to other things as well, such as the menu.
Misner said pasta and a few other favourites will be on their way back soon.
