If you want to talk about fresh, local, delicious food – one of the restaurants that come top of mind in Simcoe is the Combine.
Opening up literally days before Mumford and Sons famously made their Norfolk pitstop, the restaurant has been a go to place for members of the community.
One thing owner Ryan Rivard prides himself in when it comes to his restaurant is it’s emphasis on truly utilizing Ontario’s Garden.
The Combine had a formula that worked great for years – and then COVID-19 reared it’s ugly head.
After on and off again reopenings due to provincial guidelines – they are now open with a few changes.
Rivard says it is a logical move to make when taking into account rules and regulations, but thankfully is also has the benefit of being a change the dining community loves.
