It may be scaled back, but a version of the Friendship Festival is going this long weekend.
The newly dubbed Simcoe Heritage Friendship Festival will hold a “Kickoff-to-the-countdown” pop up event at Wellington Park.
It will not be a full fledges Friendship Fest, that is expected in 2022, but music and food will be at the heart of Simcoe on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
The Lions will be on hand for food.
